🧾 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date if:

  • The bag is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • All tags and labels are still attached

  • A valid proof of purchase is provided (e.g., invoice or order ID)

  • The item was not purchased on final sale or clearance

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, damaged, or washed bags

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Bags without original packaging or tags

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer exchanges.

  • To receive a different item, please return the original and place a new order separately.

💸 Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-15 business days to the original method of payment.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • Please use a trackable shipping service when returning items.

📦 How to Request a Return

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Images (if the product is damaged or incorrect)

  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided return address.
